The research addressed digital transformation in companies, emphasizing the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and web applications. The development of a system was carried out with a focus on frameworks and software engineering, including the integration of SQL databases. The importance of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) was acknowledged to ensure usability and effectiveness. The project involved interviews with companies, identifying the adoption of management systems, challenges faced, and the needs of companies without systems. User feedback was collected to enhance the application, which was hosted on Railway. These efforts aim to provide an effective and accessible solution, positively impacting business management and user experience.
